very,very loud music played at 7.00am for the benefit of hotel staff arriving for work and certainly not for the residents

All round areas were very clean as were the toilets. I liked the numerous seating arrangements. The fact that you could sit anywhere to eat was a bonus. Good area for smokers.See below
Dislikes:
Self close on the doors were really hard to push and getting your luggage in was a struggle.

The very late availability of breakfast was a nuisance as it cut into our day too much, and the lack of a quiet lounge was commented on. The menu was poor, so we ate out.

Not a fancy facility, but clean & spacious room. Great location and service oriented staff for the hotel, bar & restaurant. Free parking in lot next to facility also a plus.
